This class is covered by a regular payment every month.

Subscription: Payment and Cancellation Policy

Subscription payments are made over 11 months, from September through July. No payment is collected in August. Monthly payments are processed on the 1st of each month.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email info@astartennis.co.uk, including the player's full name and the parent or guardian's full name.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations received on or before the 15th of the month: Your subscription will end at the end of the current month, with no further payments due.

Cancellations received after the 15th of the month: One further monthly payment will be due on the 1st of the following month, and your subscription will end at the end of that month.

Players are welcome to continue attending their regular coaching sessions throughout their paid notice period.

All cancellations must be submitted by email. The date we receive your email will determine the applicable cancellation period. We will confirm receipt and process your cancellation accordingly.

Please note that no subscription payment is collected in August, and any final payment will follow the programme's 11-month payment schedule.
